Shipping policy

Every order is packaged with care to ensure it arrives undamaged. If a problem occurs during shipping, please email us so we may assist you.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery is typically within 5-7 business days from your order date (business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.)

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout. Please double check to make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you find an error, please contact us by email or direct message on our IG page, before it ships out. Once the package is given to the post office, we rely on the mail service to deliver your package within the time frame.

RETURN POLICY

 We accept returns within the 15-day period following delivery for non-customized items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, as long as it is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This means the item(s) we receive must absolutely have NO pet hair attached to the products.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the date you received your order. We will inspect the condition of the items returned, and upon approval a refund will be issued to the original payment source (allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account). 

Shipping costs for returns & exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

A 15% restocking fee will apply. We reserve the right to reject any product return if it does not meet the criteria stated in our policy.

 DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTION/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

THE WOOF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot be replaced.
